- Brown pork in hot butter.
- Add all ingredients- except horseradish.
- Simmer covered for 2 hours.
- Transfer meat.
- Force stock through sieve or puree in blender.
- Pour stock over meat, top with horseradish.
- Serve with boiled potatoes.
