Seasoned Venison Meatloaf

Easy. Different use for ground deer meat. Family favorite

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 2  lbs  ground venison
  • 1 12 cups  seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 2  eggs
  • 1 14 ounces  onion soup mix
  • 34 cup ketchup
  • 18 cup warm water
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, except the 8 oz. can of tomato sauce.
  2. Put mixture in regular size loaf pan or 4 mini-loaf pans.
  3. Pour 8 oz can of tomato sauce over top.
  4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
