Venison Meat Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 lbs ground venison
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1⁄4 lb pork sausage
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 (1 1/4ounce) envelope French onion soup mix
- 1⁄2 cup barbecue sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients, except barbecue sauce. Combine thoroughly. Shape into a loaf and place in baking dish. Pour barbecue sauce over top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
