Venison Marinade

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄2 cup peanut oil
- 2 tablespoons whole black peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1⁄3 cup diced onion
- 1⁄4 cup diced shallot
Directions
- Whisk all ingrediants - I use 1 gallon ziploc bags; covers 4 average steaks well- leaving small opening in zipper- immerse in cold water slowly to force air out of bag and final zip- lay flat in refridgerator 4 hours.
