I forget where I got this recipe from, but we have made our wild game bratwurst from this recipe for years now. We love them grilled with natural hog casings. Show more

  1. Combine seasonings in 1 cup of cold water.
  2. Mix seasonings into combined beef and venison mixture and let sit in the refrigerator or a cooler overnight.
  3. Stuff into casings and package.
  4. Cook as desired.
