Ingredients
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 2 cups tomatoes, finely diced
- 1⁄4 cup onion, finely diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 cup barbecue sauce, spicy
Directions
- In a glass bowl, combine all ingredients & mix well.
- Use immediately as a marinade for meat of your choice.
