Veggies in Hot Sauce

Ingredients
- 10 large cauliflower florets
- 1 capsicum, sliced
- 10 baby corn
- 10 French beans (parboiled & sliced )
- 2 teaspoons gingerroot (chopped )
- 2 teaspoons garlic (chopped )
- 2 teaspoons green chilies (chopped)
- 1⁄2 cup tomato puree
- 2 teaspoons cornflour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt
Directions
- Heat oil in a frying pan on a high flame. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and stir fry over a high flame for a few seconds.
- . Add the vegetables and Aji-no-moto and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the tomato puree.
- Mix the cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and add to the vegetables.
- . Add the salt and cook for a few minutes.
