Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat hoagie roll
- sliced American cheese
- spinach or romaine lettuce leaf
- sliced tomatoes
- chopped olive
- pickle
- sliced banana pepper
- sliced green bell pepper
- sliced red onion
- sliced cucumber
- fat-free mayonnaise, non-fat ranch dressing or oil and vinegar
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Place cheese on sandwich and, if you like, toast under the broiler until cheese has melted. Layer the remaining ingredients, using as much as desired, and enjoy!
