Veggie Pizza

This is a quick easy recipe, great as a snack or an appetizer.

Serves: 12

Yields: 12 pieces

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages  crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 34 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet  hidden valley ranch dressing mix
  • 3  cups  chopped  vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green peppers, tomatos, cucumbers)
  • 1  cup  shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Roll out cresent rolls, laying flat on a cookie sheet. Pinch together seams. Bake in oven 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mayo, and Hidden valley ranch dressing mix. Spread on crust once cooled.
  3. Sprinkle chopped veggies and top with cheddar cheese.
