Veggie Nacho Nibblers

Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers
- 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Cut peppers into 6 strips each, then cut each strip in half.
- Put on plate and sprinkle with cheese and crushed pepper.
- Microwave 1-2 minutes, until cheese melts - Serve warm.
