  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil.
  3. Grease the foil.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the onion, celery, carrots, green pepper, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper, and dillweed.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and eggs until smooth.
  6. Stir the mayonnaise into the vegetable mixture until well mixed.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
