Veggie Chili

Ingredients
- 3 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 (16 ounce) cans red kidney beans
- 1 (16 ounce) black beans
- 2 (14 1/2ounce) sweet corn
- 2 medium red onions
- 2 large bell peppers
- 2 large jalapeno peppers
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne powder
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 (12 ounce) Budweiser beer
Directions
- Slice and Sauté yellow onion.
- Dice peppers and red onions.
- Add tomatoes, seasonings, remaining ingredients (including beer) to large pot, simmer for 20-30 minutes, occasionally stirring.
