Veggie Burger (From Veggies)

Yields: 8 burgers
Ingredients
- 2 cups left over beans
- 2 1⁄2 cups grated carrots
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons gluten flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
- Mash your beans with potato masher or your hands. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Form into burgers using 1/2-3/4 Cup of the mix.
- Bake at 350 deg. for 30 minute turning over after the first twenty minutes. Serve on a bun with your favorite condiments.
