Vegetarian Wilted Spinach

Ingredients

  • 1  tablespoon olive oil
  • 1  lb  baby spinach leaves
  • 1  tablespoon  balsamic vinegar
  •  salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Wash and dry the spinach.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat until it sizzles and add the spinach all at once, turning with tongs until just wilted, about 2 minutes or less.
  3. Sprinkle with the balsamic vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
