Vegetarian Turkish Pide

Something a little different from your normal pizza. I'm always experimenting with toppings. I often don't use the feta at all with this. The topping is even good just to have on toast or in a wrap. Show more

  1. Combine TVP with hot water and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in non stick pan and sauté onion.
  3. Add the cumin, cinnamon, pine nuts, TVP and extra water. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Spread pide with tomato paste and top with TVP mix, spinach and feta. Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp.
