Vegetarian Philly Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 portabella mushrooms
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1⁄2 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- 2 -4 slices provolone cheese
- 2 hoagie rolls
Directions
- Slice veggies.
- Heat oil over medium heat.
- Saute onions and peppers for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add mushrooms.
- Add worcestershire sauce.
- Let ingredients cook together for 5 minutes.
- Add cheese and let melt.
- Place ingredient into the hoagies.
- Enjoy!
