Ingredients
Combine
- 1⁄4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup cornmeal, cooked with water into a mush
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- tartar sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt
- paprika
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive
- 1 tablespoon green pepper
- 1 tablespoon green onion
Directions
- Form into balls and dip in 1 egg, beaten.
- Roll in 1 cup dry bread crumbs.
- Fry in 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
- Serve with tartar sauce.
