Vegetarian Cupcakes for Pups

Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 2 carrots, shredded
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 bananas
- 4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Combine the flour and carrot mixtures and blend well.
- Spray a cupcake pan with nonstick spray.
- Fill each cup three-quarters full and bake at 350 F for about an hour.
- Cool before serving.
