Vegetarian Chili in Black and White

Ingredients
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 ounce) can navy beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 anaheim chili, seeded and minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon toasted cumin seed
- 1 1⁄2 cups cooked wild rice
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except wild rice, salt and pepper, in slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, adding wild rice during last 30 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
