Vegetables, Fruits and Flax Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
- 1 mango
- 1 green apple
- 1 banana
- 1 cup fresh kale (organic, chopped)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (organic, chopped)
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 celery rib
- 5 cups water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon honey (optional)
- 8 ice cubes
Directions
- Lightly roast and grind the flax seeds;.
- Rinse all vegetables;.
- Peel and chop the carrots, apple, mango and banana.
- Mix all ingredients and blend in the food processor. Serve it immediately.
- Serving 6 Persons.
- P.S. Roasting the flax seeds not required. But make sure that the flax seeds are crisp dry.
