Ingredients
- 2 (14 1/2ounce) cans tomatoes
- 3 medium potatoes
- 3 leeks
- 2 (32 ounce) cans chicken broth
- 4 carrots
- 1 medium white onion
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 green pepper
- 1⁄2 head of cabbage
- 3⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 4 leaves dried sage
- 3 stalks dried thyme
Directions
- Chop all ingredients and bring soup to boil.
- Add spices and simmer 20 minutes or until carrots and potatoes are soft.
