Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 3 onions, diced
- 3 (3 3/4ounce) packets onion soup mix
- 2 zucchini, diced
- 5 celery ribs, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 28 ounces canned chicken broth
- frozen shredded hash browns (1 package)
- frozen corn (1 package)
- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- frozen mixed vegetables (1 package)
- 70 ounces stewed tomatoes (5 cans)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Brown and saute onions, onion soup mix, zucchini, celery, and butter.
- Add chicken broth.
- Add hash browns, frozen corn, cabbage, frozen vegetables, and stewed tomatoes.
- Cook until cabbage is tender and frozen vegetables are heated through.
- Serve with shredded cheddar cheese.
