Vegetable-Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1⁄4 cup sliced green onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small tomatoes, chopped and seeded
Directions
- In a small bowl, beat eggs and milk. Add green pepper, onions, salt and pepper.
- In a small skillet, melt butter. Add egg mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until eggs are nearly set. Add the tomato; cook and stir until heated through and eggs are completely set.
