Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup salad oil
- 1⁄2 cup tarragon vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 1 small head cauliflower, separated into flowerettes
- 1⁄2 bermuda onion, thinly sliced into rings
- 1⁄2 cup sliced stuffed olives
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Directions
- Combine oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and paprika in blender. Pour dressing over cauliflower, onion, and olives; cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Add cheese just before serving. Toss gently with chilled lettuce.
