Vegetable Pasta Bake

A tasty, easy meal from Kraft.

Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

  • 1 (26 ounce) jar  spaghetti sauce
  • 3  cups rotini pasta or 3  cups penne pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 (16 ounce) package  frozen  mixed vegetables, thawed (I prefer California Mix - broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
  • 34 cup  grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 (8 ounce) package  shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Mix spaghetti sauce, pasta, vegetables and 1/2 cup of the parmesan cheese.
  2. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish or 3-quart casserole.
  3. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and remaining 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
