Vegetable Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease 4 quart casserole or roasting pan.
  2. Cook spinach according to package directions, drain. Spread spinach in prepared casserole, dot with 1 tablespoon butter and season with salt and pepper.
  3. mash potatoes with milk and 1/2 cup butter until creamy.
  4. Layer half of potatoes, carroes, carrots and beans over spinach. Dot with another 1 tablespoon butter, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top with remaining potatoes. Dot with remaining 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1 hour or until heated through and lightly browned.
