Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 4 cups water
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 ounce onion soup mix
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Brown meat in skillet. Drain off fat.
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
