Ingredients
- 1 cup of grounded sunflower seeds
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup nutritional yeast (not the baking type)
- 1 large minced onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 grated raw potato
- 1⁄2 cup margarine (soya is recommended in this recipe)
- 1 1⁄2 cups hot water
- thyme (to taste)
- basil (to taste)
- sage (to taste)
- salt
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Pour in a pyrex dish.
- Bake for 1 hour (180C/350F).
- Cool and remove from pyrex dish.
