Vegan Veggie Burgers

This is a yummy way to stay healthy and LOVE doing it! Just created it out of what I had in the house. Hope you enjoy! Let me know if/how you tweek it. I am always learning :) Show more

Yields: 10-12 Patties

Directions

  1. Bring water/broth to a boil then add rice.
  2. Clean Veggies and chop (I used my food processor. Easier for me!).
  3. Sautee veggies in oil (I used grapeseed oil) until slightly crispy.
  4. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. When rice has absorbed the water add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. May need more salt depending on your taste.
  6. Grease a cookie sheet. (again I used grapeseed oil).
  7. Shape into patties.
  8. Bake for about 30min if you like them crispy and ENJOY!
