Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb silken tofu
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a blender or food processor, puree all ingredients together. Refrigerate in an airtight container up to 1 week.
