Vegan Tofu "Egg" Nog

Ingredients
- 2 (10 1/2ounce) packages soft silken tofu
- 16 ounces vanilla soymilk (2 cups-can use rice, almond, or oat milk)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract plus 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- nutmeg
Directions
- In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except nutmeg.
- Blend thoroughly, stopping occasionally to scrape down sides of bowl.
- Serve well-chilled and dusted with nutmeg.
