Vegan Thai Pizza

A delcious, healthy and easy to preparet vegan pizza

Ingredients

  • 1  naan bread, flatbread (or made from scratch pizza crust)
  • 12 cup  vegan thai  peanut sauce
  • 12 cup carrot, matchstick sliced
  • 1  mushroom, sliced
  • 14 cup tomatoes, sliced
  • 14 cup onion, sliced
  • 14 cup green onion top, sliced
  • 12  serrano pepper, thinly sliced
  •  salt & pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Spread warmed peanut sauce on flatbread or pre-baked crust.
  3. Layer remaining vegetables on peanut sauce covered crust.
  4. Top with green onions, salt & pepper.
  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes until crust starts to crisp up and brown.
