- 2 cups organic palm shortening
- 3⁄4 cup cocoa powder
- 1⁄4 cup arrowroot
- 1 cup agave nectar
- 4 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon almond flavoring (optional)

- Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and beat with an electric until light and fluffy.
