Vegan Nooch Dorito Spice Mix

Taken from Vegan Doritos, this is a good spice mix to marinate tofu with and sprinkle on corn chips and french fries to give a Dorito-like flavor without the chemicals. I used heaping measurements for everything except the garlic powder.

Ingredients

• 4  tablespoons nutritional yeast
• 1  teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
• 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
