  1. In a large bowl combine mangos, pomegranate seeds, coconut, onion.
  2. Add salt, oil and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Lightly toss.
  4. Arrange endive with the pointed side up around a bowl or plate.
  5. Place remaining ingredients on top of endive.
