Vegan Creamy Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup medium firm tofu (silken is okay)
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons  light oil
• 2 1⁄2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 1⁄2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1 -2  tablespoon  minced garlic (more or less to taste)
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

1. Combine all in food processor or blender til well blended.
