Vegan Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms (diced)
- 1⁄8 cup onion
- 1⁄2 cup almond milk
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 tablespoon ground pepper
- 1⁄2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Fry onions and mushrooms.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Boil mixture.
- Use an imersion blender to make it creamy.
