Vegan Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
- 12 ounces silken tofu
- 9 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
- cinnamon or vanilla flavoring
Directions
- Melt th chocolate chips in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
- In a blender or food processor, mix the melted chocolate, silken tofu, cinnamon or vanilla flavor. Blend well.
- Pour in the pie crust. Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours or in the freezer for 1 hour.
