Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup  oat flour
• 3  tablespoons sugar
• 1  tablespoon  cocoa
• 3⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 tablespoon coconut oil
• 1  tablespoon applesauce
• 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1  tablespoon  almond milk

Directions

1. Add all ingredients in a mug, mixing until well combined.
2. Transfer to the microwave for around 2 minutes (for a standard 1000-watt microwave. You may need to adjust accordingly for a microwave that is higher or lower in wattage).
3. Enjoy!
