Ingredients
- 10 1⁄2 ounces extra-firm silken tofu
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 6 ounces semisweet vegan chocolate, melted
Directions
- Place tofu, chocolate and vanilla in a blender
- blend until smooth.
- Yes it must be silken. No it cannot be waterpacked or cotton. Yes it must be EXTRA FIRM no it cannot be firm or soft or any other.
- Use the tofu specified only.
