Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 16 ounces red beans
- 16 ounces black beans
- 2 onions
- 2 green bell peppers
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 12 ounces Lightlife Gimme Lean ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup ground meat substitute
Directions
- Soak beans 2 hrs in hot water with lid.
- Cook beans for 2 hours.
- add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for 2 hours.
