- 1⁄2 cup cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg substitute
- 1 cup soymilk
- 1⁄3 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup blueberries
Directions
- Mix ingredients and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes in oiled muffin tins.
