Veal Meatballs

A local Italian restaurant makes an awesome veal meatball dinner served with a pesto sauce to allow the delicate flavors of the veal to shine through. This is my version. Show more

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  ground veal
  • 1  egg white
  • 12 cup parmesan cheese
  • 12 cup  Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1  shallot, minced
  • 14 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400.
  2. Combine all ingredients together.
  3. Form into one inch balls.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favorite sauce.
