Ingredients
- 3 -10 vanilla beans, roughly chopped
- sugar, white granulated
Directions
- Mix vanilla and sugar in a bowl. Transfer to a covered container, using a piece of parchment, if desired.
- Store airtight for several days before using. Replenish as needed.
- Previously spent vanilla beans are also fine to use as long as they have been dried out on paper towels for about a day, it is also OK if the bean has been scraped of its seeds.
