Vanilla Poppy Seed Bread

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Generously grease 2 bread loaf pans.
  3. Combine sugar, oil, cream, eggs, and vanilla seeds in a large bowl, and mix on medium speed of electric mixer until blended.
  4. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  5. Blend into egg mixture on low speed.
  6. Add poppy seeds and vanilla and beat until smooth.
  7. Turn into pans and bake until golden and bread tests done, about 60 minutes.
