Vanilla Icing

This is a basic icing I like to ice banana cakes with. it goes great with vanilla cupcakes

• Ready In: 5 mins
• Yields: 1 20cm cake

Ingredients

• 2  cups icing sugar, sifted
• 50  g butter
• 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 3  teaspoons boiling water

Directions

1. Stir yogurt and vanilla into icing sugar until thick.
2. Quickly add and mix in the hot water.
3. Immediately spread on cakes/cookies etc.
