Vanilla Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1⁄2 cup chia seeds
- 5 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons sugar (optional)
Directions
- Mix in the almond milk, vanilla extract and coconut milk in a medium sized bowl. (Tip: use a whisk).
- Then add chia seeds and stir in until the chia seeds are incorporated into the mixture (Tip: use a whisk).
- Then put in the fridge and mix every 1-2 hours.
