Van Gogh's Regret

After dinner treat.

Ingredients

• 2  ounces absinthe
• 1  sugar cube
•  mineral water

Directions

1. Pour absinthe into a glass.
2. Place sugar cube in a spoon over the glass of absinthe.
3. Pour mineral water over sugar cube until cube is disolved into the absinthe.
4. The color of the resulting fluid should now be a thin but milky white.
5. Drink the mixture and repeat 3 or 4 times.
6. Cut off your ear with a large chef's knife and send to ex-girlfriend.
7. At this point, the regret should have set in.
