Ustad's Mongolian Chicken

I learnt this dish from our long-time International Chef, Krishna Tamang, at my home. This is a family favorite. This makes for a super wonderful appetiser. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Show more

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients listed above from 2 to 9.
  2. 2. Heat few drops of oil on a non-stick griddle.
  3. 3. Spread out all the chicken pieces.
  4. 4. Allow to cook on slow flame, tossing the pieces of chicken very carefully.
  5. 5. Flip to turn the chicken pieces on the other side and cook well on both sides.
  6. 6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
