- 2 quarts about 12-14 medium-sized chopped and peeled tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup chopped green pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup vinegar
